What if I don't use all my hours?
They roll over to the next month. If you’re consistently under, we’ll move you to a smaller plan. We’d rather keep you for two years than overcharge you for two months.
Why can't I just do this myself with AI?
Plenty of our clients do, and we’d tell you to keep doing it. AI is genuinely good at generating a section, drafting Liquid, or explaining an error. We use it in our own workflow every day — it’s part of why we can offer these hours at this price.
What it doesn’t do is take responsibility. It won’t test the change on mobile Safari, catch that your review app and Klaviyo are fighting over the same script, notice that the new section added 400ms to your LCP, or roll it back at 11pm when checkout stops working. It’ll also confidently deploy straight to your live theme unless you know to stop it.
You’re not paying for someone to type code. You’re paying for a named person who knows your store and owns what ships to it.
Who exactly is my developer?
You’re introduced to them by name on day one, and they stay on your account. If they’re ever unavailable we tell you in advance and brief their cover ourselves — you never re-explain your store.
Can I cancel?
Yes, after the three-month minimum, with 30 days’ notice. No penalty and no exit fee.
I'm in the US / UK. What are your hours?
We work Indian Standard Time and overlap daily with UK mornings and US mornings. Urgent issues outside those windows are covered on the Partner plan.
How fast do you actually respond?
Clients consistently describe same-day and next-day turnarounds, including weekends. The response time on your plan is a commitment, and we report against it every month.
Do you work on Shopify Plus?
Yes. We’re a Shopify Plus Partner and handle checkout extensions, B2B, multi-store and headless builds.
What if I need a big project mid-retainer?
We scope and quote it separately, and your retainer developer stays on it. No handover to a team you’ve never met.
